THE PROCESS

 

  1. Introduction
  2. Upon your inquiry, I will contact you via email so we can discuss a few details for your upcoming session. Things like time, date, location, and occasion are all important things to consider before we we begin talking.
  3. Booking
  4. Following our converstaion, I will create a personalized invoice and contract for you for your session. Once contract and deposit are received, your date has been booked and we can start planning!
  5. Staying in Touch
  6. Leading up to your date we'll chat about any questions you have, we'll send inspiration to each other to ensure we bring your vision to life. Please feel free to reach out at anytime if you have any questions or concerns about your session. I will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible.
  7. The Big Day
  8. No matter what type of session, I'll be with you every step of the way! So sit back, relax, and smile! You’re in good hands!

THE FAQ'S

CANCELLATION POLICY

20% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking, 80% remainder due on date of the photoshoot. Payments may be made by Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, Cash, or Check upon receiving an invoice. Additional cancellation details in supplied contract.

LICENSE POLICY

Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline.

EXTENSION POLICY

Shoot may be extended with mutual consent. The possibility of an extended shoot should be discussed beforehand. Additional hours will be priced at a discounted hourly rate after the first initial hour.

WEATHER POLICY

Photoshoots will typically take place rain or shine. For outdoor shoots, an agreed alternate location may be planned in advance. Shoots will only be cancelled and a full refund given in the most extreme circumstances. If the shoot can be rescheduled there will be no additional fees for the customer.

PAYMENT POLICY

A 20% deposit is required to finalize you’re booking. That 20% goes towards your total amount, meaning only the remaining 80% is due on the day of your session. In regards to payment options, I offer multiple different forms including PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, Cash, Check, and Debit/Credit cards. Payment plans are available and more information is available, just ask and I’ll be more than happy to explain in more detail!
